Poker Anyone?

Anyone here up for some "underground" completely entertaining and player friendly poker next semester?
Myself and five on-and-off others have been playing together for three years now, and next year will have a townhouse to host poker events. Obviously there is money involved here, and money is paid up front to void any problems. We use an excel spreadsheet to record each and every game, and to keep track of everyone's betting, including %won, %second place, current $ in "wallet", $win, $gambled, and such. Very detailed, and keeps everyone from spending/losing hundreds of dollars to gambling. We do promote buying back in, but we do watch each others back to make sure no one is making bad gambling decisions. We give second place money back, and do not condone excessive trash talking. Were a friendly group. Rules as for how many chips starting off with, and how much it costs to play change upon majority rule at each game. We typically do $5 to play, and 35 chips or so, all worth equal value. Let me know if you would like to be invited to next year's games. Good luck on finals!
